TO BE CONSIDERED FOR VIDEO PRIZE:
1.) You MUST be a current subscriber. If you are not a current subscriber, please subscribe before entering.
2.) You must submit a video response no more than 10 minutes in length featuring your New York City Inspired makeup look with an explanation of why you feel your look represents New York City. The video response can be a full tutorial, a video explanation or a series of photos within a video. If using only photos, you MUST include a sign with your YouTube username to validate your identity and authenticity. You do not have to do a full tutorial and may just submit a quick video with photos showing your look. If you do not have a video camera, you can use any simple video slideshow program to create a quick video. Most PC's come with Windows Movie Maker and Mac's come with iMovie.
3.) You must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent's permission to enter the contest.
4.) All entries must be received no later than midnight on May 20, 2010.
5.) Judging will be based on originality and technique.
6.) Winners will be notified via email by May 30, 2010.
7.) Prize will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to the address of winner's request.
